TrustTrial Reviewer Guide & Payment Structure

Operated by KOR Software Services Ltd (UK)

Last updated: 09 October 2026

1. Introduction

This guide explains how TrustTrial works for reviewers, including how trials are completed, how reviews are submitted, and how payments are calculated. TrustTrial connects software creators with real users who test products and publish verified, human-written reviews across multiple platforms.

All reviewers must follow this guide to ensure eligibility for payouts.

2. Overview of the Review Process

Stage 1 — Test the Software

You receive access to the creator's software and must complete the required usage time. Usage is tracked automatically. You must genuinely use the product, not idle or simulate activity. Campaign instructions may ask you to complete specific tasks or explore certain features.

Stage 2 — Complete the Survey

After testing, you complete a structured survey inside TrustTrial. This survey captures your experience, pros and cons, feature impressions, any issues encountered, and screenshots where required.

Stage 3 — Write a Human-Written Review

You then write a human-written review inside TrustTrial. This becomes your "master review" and is used for verification. AI-generated, copied, or low-effort reviews are not allowed and may result in rejection or account action.

Stage 4 (Optional) — Copy & Paste to External Platforms

Many campaigns offer additional payments for posting your review on external platforms such as Google Reviews, Trustpilot, and Capterra. You copy your TrustTrial review and paste it onto the required platforms, then submit proof (URL and screenshot) inside TrustTrial.

3. Example Payment Breakdown

Below is a typical payment structure for a 45–60 minute software trial:

TrustTrial service fee: 20% of payout (platform fee for tracking, verification, support, and infrastructure).

Net payout to reviewer (after 20% fee): £14.00

VAT, when applicable, is charged to creators on platform fees and does not reduce the reviewer's stated gross payout.

4. Requirements for Review Eligibility

4.1 Genuine Human Usage

You must genuinely test the software. Idle time, automated tools, or simulated usage will void the payout and may result in account action.

4.2 Human-Written Reviews Only

Reviews must be written by you, in your own words. AI-generated, copied, or template reviews are not allowed. Creators may request re-writes or reject reviews that appear artificial, irrelevant, or extremely low-effort.

4.3 Proof Requirements

Campaigns may require screenshots, URLs of posted reviews, verification links, or public profile details (e.g. Google, Trustpilot, Capterra). Missing or invalid proof can lead to rejection.

4.4 Time Requirements

Your tracked usage must meet or exceed the campaign's minimum time requirement. If usage is below the threshold, the creator may reject the submission.

5. Approval & Payout Process

Step 1 — Submit all required items: usage log, survey, TrustTrial review, and external review links (where applicable).

Step 2 — Creator review: creators typically have up to 7 days to approve or reject submissions.

Step 3 — Payout released: once approved, funds are added to your TrustTrial balance and can be withdrawn according to platform rules.

Step 4 — Rejections: creators may reject submissions for insufficient usage, missing proof, AI-generated content, irrelevant or abusive reviews, or failure to follow campaign instructions. Creators cannot reject reviews solely because they are negative.

6. Reviewer Conduct Requirements

  • Be honest and unbiased in all reviews.
  • Follow campaign instructions carefully.
  • Use your real identity on external review platforms.
  • Do not manipulate ratings or create duplicate accounts.
  • Do not attempt to bypass tracking or verification systems.

Violations may result in payout reversal, account suspension, permanent ban, and/or reporting to external platforms.

7. Transparency & Fairness

TrustTrial is designed to ensure creators receive genuine feedback and reviewers are paid fairly. All payouts are tied to real usage, real reviews, and real public profiles. This protects buyers, creators, and reviewers across the web.
